Eagle Property Services are a team of highly effective and fully qualified assessors operating across Greater London within the M25. We are specialist providers of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs, including Commercial), Gas Safety Certificates (CP12), Portable Appliance Tests (PAT Test), Property Inventory Forms, Floor Plans, Property Photography and Electrical Periodic Inspection Reports. Additionally, we provide efficient and reliable energy solution services including Solar PV, Cavity Wall Insulation and Loft Insulation.

We are also registered and overseen by the ICO in compliance with the Data Protection Act, along with having fully comprehensive Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance to ensure guaranteed protection for you and your property during any transactions.

ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE (EPC) FROM £39

New government legislation requires ALL rental properties on the market to have an Energy Performance Certificate. Eagle Property Services have a skilled team of fully qualified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to domestic and commercial customers throughout Greater London, Surrey and the surrounding areas. GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATES (CP12) FOR £61.50

Gas Safe superseded CORGI as of the 18th March 2010 and all our engineers are accredited with all the major governing bodies including Gas Safe. Eagle Property Services provide Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) and Boiler Servicing to Landlords and Estate Agents throughout Greater London, Surrey and surrounding areas. A valid 12 month Gas Safety Certificate is required by law for all rental properties in the UK where gas appliances are present.

PORTABLE APPLIANCE TEST (PAT TEST) FROM £39

Eagle Property Services have a team of fully qualified engineers who are experienced in providing Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) to a high standard for landlords, agents and businesses.

PROPERTY INVENTORIES FROM £79

With the introduction of the Tenant Deposit Scheme, it is now essential that a fully comprehensive and independent property inventory be carried out prior to the commencement of any Let. Eagle Property Services aims to alleviate the stress of letting your property by providing a supportive team of inventory clerks to carry out a professional inventory service for you. Our inventory covers all items included in the Let, whilst also documenting any existing damage. Meter readings are also noted, along with 100+ photos taken to guarantee accuracy. 

FLOOR PLANS FROM £14.99

In a time of a “visual age” Floor Plans documenting the size and shape of properties have become an essential supporting document. Our floor plans are a cost and time effective way for potential buyers and tenants to be presented with a visual layout of the property without having to arrange a visit.

PROPERTY PHOTOGRAPHY FROM £59

“A picture paints a thousand words” and our high end and professional photography service supports our clients in gaining a competitive edge and presenting a positive first impression to potential tenants or buyers. Eagle Property Services offer both domestic and commercial photography to landlords, agents and businesses.

ELECTRICAL PERIODIC INSPECTION REPORT FOR £200

A Periodic Inspection Report should be carried out every 5 years for domestic properties or at every change of tenancy. A Periodic Electrical Inspection provides you with a detailed, fully comprehensive inspection guaranteeing the safe installation and maintenance of any electrical equipment in the property. This is supported by a six page report & certificate at the end of the inspecton.

COMMERCIAL ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE (EPC)

As of January 2009 ALL commercial premises are legally required to have acquired an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) if they are to be marketed for sale or rent.
